The only computer supply and repair shop in the region.
Disgraceful!!!PITTYFUL customer service and I wouldn't recommend this so called business to anyone. After taking in my old and new computer BOTH in good working order and requesting some files be transferred from one to the other I was informed there was not enough storage space on the new computer so they recommended I purchase an external hard drive at a cost of $120 dollars (of which I later found out that the recommended retail price is only actually $70 dollars).Anyway I stupidly trusting in their reputation left the old computer for file transfer of data on desk top only and asked for a malware programme be run. After a week of hearing nothing I called and was told it was ready to pick up. Upon arrival they admitted the malware programme had not been run at all but that the files had been transferred .... frustrated I paid the $170 as requsted (Although originally quoted $130 dollars)! and took the computer and external harddrive home. Two days later I decided to check what had been done so plugged in the computer and turned it on and at that time everything appeared fine until I plugged in the external hard drive (purchased in the store) which immediately crashed the operating system. Angry I took it straight back and requsted they sort it out.Another week passed and again I heard nothing back from them. Upon my calling them again I was informed that much like a toaster some times you plug computers in and they just "blowup"! (mind you I did not blow it up their cheap and nasty RRP harddrive of $70 ... faulty product did)! With no phone consultation or notification at all I was then told they had put in a new harddrive at my expense and yet another $80 dollars was due to be paid! After arguing the point on the phone that there was absolutely NOTHING WRONG with the computer when I first took it to their shop and prior to their transfer of files and plugging in the cheap and nasty external hard drive.I arrived at the shop and was very rudely informed that they had then removed the new hardrive and re-installed the blown up one !! Furious that after taking in 2 fully functional laptops I am now left with one completely unusable pile of junk that does not work. After requsting to speak to the owner I was brushed off with we have been instructed not to speak with you and was after requsting a phone number so as to speak to the owner about these issues was handed a shop pamphlet with no personal details on how to contact the owners of the business. I will now be putting in an application to the Fair Trading Board and making a full report to consumer affairs. The entire thing is COMPLETELY DISGUSTING !
Very friendly staff and quick service A+++
Wonderful customer service! helped me out when my laptop died and I had thought I lost everything. Also helped me set up a new computer gave me websites where I could buy cheaper programs.A pleasure to do business with and will defiantly be going back in the future!
Just had a conversation with Robin about upgrading our computer. So much information, so professionally .supplied. Try getting that from a large retailer. Might cost more but worth every dollar!
