Very enjoyable boat trip with Brett. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Only thing we felt uneasy was we weren't asked to wear life jackets. I did see some stored away in a compartment, thanks Brett for showing us your new Chinese prototype in a very informative tour. Got to taste oysters straight from water, couldn't get any fresher.
Brett is very knowledgable in oyster farming as an oyster farmer. He guided us the the healthiest estuaries of Pambula lake and show us the whole process of oyster farming and harvest. It is a great tour!
